Marmots are very popular inhabitants of the Alps. The pictures below were taken at Grossglockner Mountain.
Marmots are large squirrels, mostly living in
mountainous areas. With their teeth they look more like beavers than squirrels. Nevertheless, they are pretty friendly and it is asked not to feed them.
